Return and Exchange Policy
Firstly, if you are considering a refund or return it means you must’ve placed an order. I owe you a huge “Thank you!” Nothing makes me happier than creating pieces of work that end up in people’s homes!
You, as the customer, matter the most, and I want to make the (hopefully rare) occurrence of returning an item as simple and clear as possible.
The return policy period is 30 days. After that unfortunately an item can’t be refunded or exchanged.
An item may only be fully refunded within the 30 days if it arrives damaged or faulty.
- Change of mind items may not be returned or refunded.
- I will cover the postage for replacements for faulty or damaged items.
- Sale/clearance items are final
- Commissioned items cannot be returned
